I full-on shrieked and nearly walked into a parked car when I saw this (yeah yeah I was checking my email while walking to work). This is SO wonderful and completely delightful in every single way. I love that Sherlock is giving us a lazily murderous glance and that possessive -- looooong -- limb over John's belly is wonderful. I adore this. With every fiber of my being.
