Another Mission Gone Wrong

For Kink/Cliche Challenge. My prompt was Huddling for warmth/the sexual joys of hypothermia. There's no joy here, but after they get rescued by Teyla and Ronon (again), the 'omg-we're-not-dead' sex will ensue (again).

ETA: Upon request, I made some icons. If anyone wants to use it, or wants to make one out of this picture, feel free.

WOAH! ATMOSPHERE! Rodney's hands and the snowflakes are just amazing. Absolutely lovely work.

There's something off about Rodney's mouth, but oh dear god, his hands, and John's nose--and face and the whole implied weight of him with the dark and the snow--LOVE. They really do feel like a spot of warmth in a cold night.

Yeah, I also think there's something off about Rodney's lower face, I suspected maybe his nose or his upper lip, but I couldn't pinpoint exactly what's wrong. I'm very glad you liked this, and especially that you thought they do feel like a spot of warmth in a cold night (prompt accomplished!). Thank you!

Love this so much. The little blood-smear which tells us that John did the bandaging almost hurts to look at, while simultaneously making me want to scoop them both up and hug them.
